Refund Policy

1. Review Window

Once the seller marks the asset as delivered, the buyer has a 7-day review window to inspect what was received and either confirm delivery or open a dispute through the purchase page.

2. Funds Held Safely

All payments are held safely by our secure payment system from the moment the buyer pays until either the buyer confirms delivery, the review window elapses, or a dispute is resolved. While a dispute is open, funds remain frozen — no money moves to the seller.

3. When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

  • The seller fails to deliver the assets within 7 days of payment.
  • The delivered assets do not match the listing description in a material way.
  • The seller cannot prove ownership or right to transfer the assets.

4. Partial Refunds

Buyer and seller may agree to a partial refund (for example, when the assets are mostly as described but one component is missing). Both parties confirm the agreement and ReFounder processes it through Stripe.

5. After the Review Window

Once the 7-day review window has passed without a dispute, funds are released to the seller and the sale is final. Refunds are no longer available except in cases of proven fraud.

6. How to Open a Dispute

Go to your purchase page, open the relevant order, and click "Open a dispute". Describe the issue and attach any evidence (screenshots, emails, transfer logs). ReFounder reviews disputes and mediates within 48 hours of submission.
